Dear Colleagues, Distinguished Guests and Partners,

It is our great honour and particular pleasure to invite you to the 4th Congress of Orthopaedists and Traumatologists of Bosnia and Herzegovina with international participation, which will take place from 12 to 14 November 2026 in Sarajevo, at Hotel Hills.

This meeting represents the central gathering of orthopaedists and traumatologists from Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as the region, continuing the tradition of our previous congresses. We expect more than 400 participants and numerous distinguished European and regional speakers. The President of the European Federation of National Associations of Orthopaedics and Traumatology – EFORT, Prof. Pietro Ruggieri, has already confirmed his attendance.

The Scientific Programme of the Congress is designed to cover all areas of orthopaedics and traumatology through numerous thematic sessions, high-quality subspecialty symposia, courses and practical workshops. Special emphasis is placed on integrating clinical practice with new research and technologies.

We are aware that successful advancement of our profession is not possible without close cooperation between physicians, the scientific community and industry. Therefore, we see this Congress as a meeting point for ideas, knowledge and partnerships in various aspects, all with the ultimate goal of improving the health of the musculoskeletal system of our patients.

We are confident that Sarajevo, a city of rich history, culture and hospitality, will provide a pleasant environment as well as an opportunity for informal gatherings and new professional connections.
