Payment and General Terms & Conditions

All prices are stated in Convertible Marks (BAM) and include 17% VAT. Payment in EURO is possible to the foreign currency account of Promo Tours agency.

Payment must be received in full amount, free of any bank charges. Otherwise, any difference will be charged directly to the participant at the registration desk (cash only).

After receiving the proforma invoice, payment must be made within 5 days.

The registration/hotel voucher will be confirmed by e-mail upon receipt of payment and sent to the provided e-mail address.

Any cancellation and/or modification must be submitted in writing according to the rules below:

Cancellation:

• Until 30 September 2026: refund reduced by 10% administrative fee
• From 01 October 2026: 100% cancellation fee (full amount charged)

• No-show at the Congress results in full charge
• Any refunds will be processed after the Congress

The Congress and Convention Centre of Hotel Hills, Thermal & Spa Resort Sarajevo is a multifunctional congress centre equipped with modern conference technology. Its excellent location, outstanding transport connections, quality service and accommodation make it an ideal venue for meetings, congresses, dinners, banquets, promotions and similar events.

The capacity of the main conference hall is 1,500 seats. Additional congress halls have capacities of 180, 150 and 100 seats. All halls are fully equipped with necessary conference equipment, including interpreter booths.
The greatest advantage of these conference halls is the possibility of dividing them into smaller or larger rooms. The reception hall for conference participants covers 500 m2.

Currency
The currency used in Bosnia and Herzegovina is the Convertible Mark. The international currency code is BAM, while the local abbreviation is KM (1.95 KM = 1 Euro). Currency exchange is available at banks, post offices and exchange offices. Some exchange offices in shopping centres are open until 22:00.

Banks and Post Offices
Banks are usually open from 08:00 to 18:00 on weekdays, and from 09:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays. The main post office is open from 07:00 to 20:00, Monday to Saturday.

Credit Cards
Most shops and almost all high-quality restaurants accept credit cards. However, this is not the case in most cafés and clubs, as well as handicraft and souvenir shops in the old town. Parking, public transport tickets and event tickets are generally not payable by credit card.

Working Hours
Most public institutions operate on weekdays from 08:00 to 16:00. Shops are usually open until 20:00, while shopping centres operate until 22:00.

Telephone and Internet
There are three telecom operators in Bosnia and Herzegovina – BH Telecom, M:Tel and Eronet. Prepaid mobile SIM cards and top-ups, as well as mobile internet cards and vouchers, are available at kiosks, various shops and official operator stores. Free wireless internet access is available in many hotels, restaurants, cafés and shopping centres.
